We were proud to host our first-ever Sales Conference this year! We had our Sales Representatives from across Canada join us at our head office for a week full of hands-on training, networking and team building.
Networking and Team Building
This was the perfect opportunity for our outside, inside and national sales teams from all provinces face-to-face. It was great to meet everyone outside of the computer screen to trade our knowledge and expertise with one another. This was a productive opportunity to hear from everyone’s wealth of experience on how we can better serve our customers.
Hands-On Learning and Training
In addition to meeting our co-workers, we were able to take this time to meet with our partners too. Thank you to Blue Giant and SDI for welcoming us to your facilities and showing our team around along with TNR Doors for coming down to give us in-person training on their upcoming products. The live demonstrations and hands-on training helped us expand our knowledge on new and existing innovations so that we can recommend the best solution to our customers.
Constant and Never-Ending Improvement
Although our first sales conference has come to an end, that doesn’t mean our learning stops! We look forward to working with all of our partners to keep our technical knowledge up to date. So we can continue offering the best solution to each customer depending on their needs.
