The NDS Construction Team supplied and installed two Wayne-Dalton Model 452 commercial overhead sectional doors. These patio doors are fully glazed doors with Solarban 70XL tempered insulated glass to match the building’s glazing.
In addition, these overhead patio doors can be opened during the summer months to let fresh air in or closed in the colder months to keep in the heat while letting natural light in.
We work with an architect and contractor in the design of the window doors to create a modern, sleek and open look that matched the mullions and design on the building’s exterior windows.
