Project Overview

Our New Equipment Construction team designed, supplied and installed two new high-speed clean room roll-up doors to control the pharmaceutical environment at Johnson & Johnson Kenvue in Guelph.

• (1) 7’0″ x 10′-8″ ASI 415 Iso-Roll Fabric Clean Room Roll-Up Door
• (1) 9’0″ x 10′-8″ ASI 415 Fabric Clean Room Roll-Up Door

Each of these Iso-Roll fabric clean room roll-up doors are:

• GMP, FDA, and EMEA are compliant for clean rooms and pharmaceutical industries.
• A low-profile track continuously retains the curtain and stops air infiltration from the ground up.
• High performance1 h.p. electric motor. Available in 120/208/230 single phase or 460v three phase power. (Absolute encoder controlled).
• Adjustable open and close speeds up to 50″/second. 50″/second open and 25″/second close is standard.
• Sloped shrouds completely enclose the curtain roll and drive motor PVC-coated woven fabric 0.030 thick curtain.
• One (1) push-button to open and time delay close. Recessed send and receive reversing photo eye in the side frame.
• No wind knobs or wind bars are required.
• Soft seal bottom edge required no bottom bar and moulded with the floor’s contours. While the wireless electronic instant reversing edge improves.
• The door features a breakaway curtain with manual release and automatic reset.
• Wall plate push button in a stainless steel enclosure.
• Two standard 28″ full-width vision panels in each door.
