At this retail facility in Edmonton Alberta, the door was partially up when a person hit the bottom of the door. Even though the door was still operable, the weather stripping was damaged along with the auto up sensor on the door.

They reached out to Northern Dock Systems for repair services to fix the broken weather stripping. However, when our technician arrived on site he discovered two doors had dented and damaged bottom sections.

Our technician was able to complete a fast repair on the commercial overhead door while our service team quoted and schedule the next visit to replace the bottom dented sections.

To get the door up to safety standards, our technician replaced the broken retainer and U-shaped rubber weather seal. Next, he repaired and reinstalled the safety edge on the door. Finally, he cleaned up the area around the door including any fingers he might have left on the sectional door.
