Project Overview

Our customer, Triovest in Toronto, needed a new dock lift table for their real estate business. The customer was having issues with costly repairs occurring time and time again. In fact, they noticed once they fixed one issue, another would occur. In addition, they had a hydraulic leak that resulted in a safety concern for their employees and delivery companies. As the challenges kept on coming more frequently, it was harder for them to keep up with them.

Out With the Old, In With the New

Our customer had an unreliable lift table that would not work consistently for their day-to-day operations. For example, the carriers would get stuck bringing products halfway up. Thus, causing them to lose efficiency in time with their work.

By contacting Northern Dock Systems, our project manager was able to install a new and reliable lift table to make the customer’s deliveries smooth and efficient. The Blue Giant LoMaster Stationary Dock Lift (DL) was installed with a deck length of 48″, and a deck width of 72″. It can hold a combined weight of 3,500 pounds.
