DeltaThe standard Delta model is a premium non-insulated steel door made from rust-inhibiting galvanneal steel. It is tested to 1,000,000 cycles and comes with a 10-year warranty. This model features a fully bonded 3/4” HexCor, beveled edges, and 7-gauge hinge reinforcing. It is fire-rated up to 3 hours for singles and pairs and hurricane-rated up to +/- 90 psf. The thermal value is R-Value 2.08 and U-Value 0.48. |

Customizations
- Windlock (WL) system: Provides maximum wind resistance for this model. As wind blows, the curtain’s windlocks (WL) engage with the door guide for a strong interlocking grip. This grip keeps the curtain securely in the guide.
- Colours: 30 standard colours to choose from.
- Jamb Brush Seal: Weather strip fabricated from black polyproplene filament brush in a mill finish aluminum extrusion. Attaches to side jamb.
- PassportTM Locking Solution: The Passport Lock is a keyless locking system using WAN (Wide Area Network) to lock and unlock doors. A Direct Key Mobile App enables the user to lock and unlock the door using their mobile phone.
- Exterior Latch: Cast zinc alloy with black nickel finish. The latch slide has magnetic properties for use with security system switches. Designed to accommodate two padlocks up to 7/16” shank. Accommodates Trac-Rite’s optional SpaceGuard cylinder lock, which features an easy over-lock system. The lock does not penetrate the door.
- Insulation (Factory Installed): Double-bubble foil reflective insulation with an extra layer of polyurethane coating on the front side for durability.
- Control panel: Optional NEMA 4, 230 v / 1-phase – or – HFCB NEMA 3 Smart Start™ NXT with 230 v only / 1-phase.
- SpaceGuard Cylinder Lock: Removable security cylinder features easy over-lock capability and protection from bolt cutters. Each cylinder lock comes with three coded keys.
- Interior Lock: 12-gauge, zinc-coated steel slide bolt engages a lock strike attached to the side guide. Two locks per door fasten to the bottom assembly and are suitable for padlocking.
- Header Draft Stop (Field Installed): 4" wide, consists of a 1" rigid PVC strip and 3” flexible TPE section. Attaches to the header.
- Hood: This covers the door nest and chain hoist. (Will not cover motor operator.) Available in Iced White only.
