Root Cause Discovery

When the technician arrived on site and inspected the overhead door that wouldn’t close. He found that the door opened but was unable to close because of a bent right track, jamb brackets and steel angle was loose from wall.

Overhead door unable to close because of the bent right track, jamb brackets and steel angle being were loose from the wall.

First-Time Fix

In order to complete the repair, our door technician removed the right track and straightened it with hammer. Then he removed broken anchor bolts from angle and installed three new wedge anchors.

After completing the repair, he reinstalled right track. Finally, he tested door to make sure that the overhead door is working condition again at this busy warehouse facility.
