Henderson Brewing Co in Toronto was having continual service calls from broken springs on their old and worn mechanical dock leveler. In addition to the broken springs, the dock plate was dishing from broken welds. As a result, the dock leveler was difficult to operate from the seized and stiff operating parts, which would cause disruptions to their shipping operations.

Northern Dock Systems replaced with old dock leveler with a new mechanical one. This heavy-duty mechanical dock leveler is easier to use and more dependable. Leading to less downtime and more uptime for shipping out their product.

This mechanical dock leveler is manufactured in Canada and tested to withstand impact and handle the heaviest loads, with a 33% deck-to-beam weld ratio and up to 15-20% heavier than traditional dock levelers.
