With a door opening speed of up to 18″ per second and the only 16-gauge stainless steel edge capping and full perimeter steel sub frame in the industry, the 507 fiberglass door provides unmatched productivity, material handling efficiency and energy savings. Each seamless high strength molded fiberglass panel withstands even the toughest washdown conditions. Seamless polyester gel coat finish is completely repairable, non-porous, non-shedding, and has a non-absorptive surface. To eliminate any chance of fibrous contamination, this fiberglass door can also be constructed without using any wood.
Enviro’s full perimeter non-marking gasket system and “down and in” track system for the 507 door provides superior sealing without compromising gasket longevity. Utilizing a complete polyester gel coat surface, Enviro fiberglass panels are strong, flexible and completely repairable if impacted.
Virtually maintenance-free by design
Designed for high use continuous cycle operation, every aspect of the 507 fiberglass door was engineered to eliminate maintenance and downtime. The entire door system intentionally uses no high maintenance torsion springs and no lubrication to eliminate any metal-to-metal contact on track surfaces. Seamless panel construction, complete gasket release travel design, no wood panel, simple quick connect heat, and fully adjustable gasket system, virtually eliminate maintenance altogether.
