OBJECTIVE
• Improve the working environment for all Corvex employees
• Reduce natural gas expenses during the typical heating season (October to April)
• Improve air quality throughout the facility
OUR SOLUTION
After a complete Energy Audit it was determined that four 20’ Whalenado HVLS Fans would accomplish the goals of this project and destratification this facility of 3,016,000 cubic feet. Working closely with Corvex Mfg. representatives, careful consideration was given to the placement of each unit in order to maximize the cooling effect for employees in manufacturing cells throughout the facility.
After only one day in operation, the Whalenado HVLS Fans received an extremely positive response from employees and management alike. Northern Docks Systems is excited to continue our tradition of saving our customers money and we look forward to examining the gas savings that will be realized over the 2015-2016 heating season at Corvex Mfg.
