Process heat from the plastic bottle blow molding process causes unbearable working conditions for the employees working in this area. Dock doors must remain closed at all times in order to comply with food facility standards and legal regulations.
OUR SOLUTION
By installing 7 bug doors at the loading docks to allow fresh air ventilation into the facility, Pepsi was able to lower temperatures and improve air quality. By creating a tight seal with our bug doors we were able to achieve the fresh air ventilation goals while still complying with food facility standards.
