To prevent heat loss in Canada’s second coldest city during the loading and unloading of highway or city trailers. Employees were also complaining of discomfort due to exterior temperatures entering the building through gaps in the existing seals. A complete seal solution was needed.

To ensure a tight seal on all trailer types entering the loading docks at their location, we installed a high quality seal mounted against the wall with an additional projected shelter. All doors now provide a complete seal against exterior temperatures from entering the building. Our team evaluated, installed and oversaw the project from start to finish.
