THE PROBLEM
With an extremely high forklift traffic environment in their warehouses, Loblaws was reporting damaged door sections from skids and forklift drivers driving into overhead doors. This would create a long delay in productivity since it caused a reduction in loading and offloading while waiting on costly door section repairs.

To help ensure continuous productivity, Loblaws installed three MXV Knock Out doors which would prevent downtime if their doors were accidental impacted from forklifts and skids. Able to withstand impact, the MXV Knock Out doors are designed to flex within their innovative brush track system and prevent serious damage and downtime. Unlike the old rollers which require frequent replacements, our durable brush weather stripping eliminates that issue.
Unlike traditional door sections, the MXV impact doors can be reset directly after taking a hit. This simple motion can be performed by any employee on the warehouse floor within minutes of the door being knocked out of alignment. Now Loblaw is able to continue work and avoid the lengthy process of decommissioning an entire loading bay until a service call can arrive.
