Project Overview
Our customer just moved to a brand new warehouse in Newmarket. However after the move, they found the air to be very still and stale. In addition, the warehouse was warm in the summer and was looking for gas savings in the winter.
To help circulate the air and create a nicer working environment, Northern Dock Systems installed four MacroAir AVDX HVLS fans. Additionally, these 24’ HLVS fans create an evaporative cooling effect to keep everyone feeling 8°F cooler in the summer. Furthermore, they will reduce energy bills by 1% per foot of ceiling height in the winter.
Also, we worked with their local utility company to get them a one-time $4,000 energy rebate.
With the new HVLS fans installed, workers are reporting a more comfortable working environment and are looking forward to being cooler in the upcoming summer months.
