Project Overview
The old lift table at this warehouse in Trenton had broken down after years of use. They used this outdoor hydraulic scissor lift to lift fuel from ground level to their warehouse floor for storage. As a result, they had to use alternative storage until the new dock lift could be installed in this vital position.
Northern Dock Systems supplied and installed a new lift table complete with the following:
- 72″ W x 16” split lips with spring assist
- NEMA 4 enclosure
- Explosion-proof control box
- Push button controls on the deck post
- Checker plate deck surface
- 8” High beveled toe guards
- Scissor legs constructed of solid high tensile steel plate
- Self-aligning spherical bearings utilized at center scissors
- Cam followers are used at the rolling end of the scissors
- Remotely mounted power assembly with totally enclosed fan-cooled motor, gear pump, valve manifold, relief valve, filters and oil-filled reservoir
- Velocity fuses on cylinders
- Complies to ANSI MH29.1
