Northern Dock Systems’ Equipment Construction and Design division has completed another project for a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Scarborough Ontario.

These Cleanseal bi-parting and single sliding fiberglass doors are the perfect solutions for this cleanroom application. Facilities producing supplements, nutraceuticals, medical devices, over-the-counter formulations, and other pharmaceutical products, require the tightest seals.

As a result, these seamless cleanroom doors utilize a continuous three-sided PVC gasket, coupled with a bottom sweep gasket. In addition, the unique floor hardware maintains the door panel position under both positive and negative pressures without compromising the seal to meet GMP, FDA, EMEA and DEA requirements.
