Valley Ridge Condos in Fort Saskatchewan Alberta contacted us to give them a quote to replace the broken spring on one of their two steel roll-up doors.

However, the replacement barrel and spring would take 4-5 months for manufacturing and delivery due to a current shortage. Additionally, the Alberta customer had just installed new operators when the spring broke and was looking for a quick solution.

Northern Dock Systems sourced a replacement coiling steel door that would take half the time to get delivered and installed. Then, the condo manager approved replacing both coiling steel doors because of the age of both their existing doors.

As a result, NDS was able to quickly deliver and install the replacement rolling steel doors in half the time. Furthermore, we saved them money by utilizing newly installed operators. Finally by replacing both aging doors, we improved the appearance of their building.
