Project Overview

The Quantum Properties at Montrose Square in Port Coquitlam BC, needed a security solution for their garbage room. However, the low headroom, tight backroom and strict width requirements made this a challenging project.

Even so, Northern Dock Systems was able to supply and install security doors for them. By creating custom framing, our rolling steel security door was able to provide the maximum size doors even within the tight constraints.

In addition, this rolling steel security door has a G90 galvanized finish that does not need further painting. Furthermore, the oil-tempered torsion springs are designed for up to 50,000 cycles for long-lasting durability and equipment life span.

Finally, the exterior locking mechanism secures this garbage room from the general public at this multi-residential and multi-tenant location.
