Our shipping door systems are designed to reduce energy consumption by minimizing air leakage and optimizing heating and cooling processes. Thanks to these improvements, we’ve been able to save 1,190,385 cubic meters of natural gas annually—enough to power hundreds of homes for an entire year.
These efforts have also led to a reduction of 2,299.82 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. That’s the equivalent of removing over 500 cars from the road! Every project we’ve implemented has helped move us closer to our goal of building a more sustainable future, one energy-efficient solution at a time.
The Support Behind Our Success
In addition to the environmental benefits, we’re also proud to have secured $1,659,649 in funding from Enbridge to support these energy-saving projects. This financial support was key in helping us upgrade local businesses and make these projects a reality.
It is through Enbridge’s one-time energy rebates, that we were able to install these energy-saving solutions at little to no cost to local businesses across Ontario. Many of these businesses will see a return on investment for their new energy-saving equipment within 2 years or less. It’s proof that partnerships between organizations like Enbridge and businesses committed to sustainability can lead to real change.

Air Curtain – McRae Imaging
McRae Imaging needed an air curtain to keep its temperature-sensitive printers running even when their drive-in door opened during the winter.
Fixed Head Pad Dock Seal – Burlington Grocery Store
The replacement of their ripped fixed head pad dock seal was 100% covered by their local utility company with a one-time energy rebate.
Head Curtain Dock Seal – Levitt Safety
We worked with the local utility company to get them a one-time energy rebate to cover 100% of the replacement of their 6 worn dock seals.
