Northern Dock Systems Inc (NDS Inc) celebrated their second Team Building Event and Fishing Tournament to celebrate the hard work and successes over the past year.
A Strong Community
Over the June 3-5 weekend, all departments from Northern Dock Systems participated in team building exercises and workshops. This year, teams of 5 were made to answer questions including topics about the industry and company processes. These events are spread out across Ontario (based on the division) and work to better understand new ways to improve our company and the customers experience.
This year all teams blew away expectations and was a huge success for all involved.
