Our dispatch team is always aware of where and what our technicians are doing. With GPS truck tracking and a live technician schedule board, our dispatchers can get the closest available technician to your location when you are in need of an emergency repair service.

 

Our technicians are trained to inspect and repair all types of loading dock equipment. From inspecting and lubricating hinges to adjusting spring tension, our detailed multi-point inspection sheets ensures your service is as thorough as possible. Also, we will give you a detailed report for your records for when auditors come by for their inspections.

Our emergency service team will keep you in the loop on the status of your call. You will receive email confirmations when we have: 

  • Accepted the call
  • Scheduled the call
  • Work order summary with pictures of the job completed
  • If the job requires a highly specific part, then we will give you a parts ETA.
