This week, members from our communication teams (dispatch, customer service, installation and national accounts) took part in a communication team building activity to demonstrate the importance of teamwork and communication.
During the exercise, two groups of three took on the roles of observer, builder and communicator to achieve a common goal. Similar to our daily operations at NDS – this team building exercise recreated the importance of communicating through multiple departments to reach a common goal.
We are proud to have such an amazing group of individuals at Northern Dock Systems and it was no surprise that the results exceeded expectation. Great Job Team!!!
